Welcome to our Manufactured Homes and Mobile Homes web site (the "Site"). The Site, owned by Affordable Housing Services, Inc. (dba "Easy Living") is provided as a free Service to the Site's visitors in exchange for your agreement to accept and comply with the terms, conditions, and notices stated here and as may be modified by Easy Living from time-to-time. By accessing or using any part of, or downloading any materials from the Site, you agree that you have read and understand the Terms and that you agree to be bound by them, without limitation or qualification and waive any rights or claims you may have against Easy Living or the Site. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, please do not visit or use the Services of this Web Site.
Copyright/Trademark
The copyright in this site and all material provided on the Site including but not limited to information, documents, products, logos, graphics, sounds, images, software, and services ("Materials") is held by Easy Living or by the original creator of the material and is protected by United States copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. Your use or misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms of Use, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Easy Living will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution. You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these Terms or in the text on this Site without Easy Living's written permission.
Termination of Site
We retain the right to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notifying you. We will not be liable to you or any third party if we exercise our right to modify, discontinue or terminate the Services. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the Services. Continued use of the Services following notice of any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and satisfaction with the Services as so modified.
Use of Site and Content
Except where we specify otherwise, Easy Living offers you access to the Site solely for your personal and non-commercial uses. You promise that you will not use the Site, in whole or in part, for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Easy Living hereby grants you permission to view, download, and print Materials on this Site provided that: (1) any notice of copyright and all company logo's appear in the Materials as viewed on the Site; (2) the use of such Materials is solely for personal, non-commercial and informational use; (3) You agree that you will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, frame in another Web page, use on any other web site, transfer or sell any information, software, lists of users, databases or other lists, products or services provided through or obtained from the Site. This means, among other activities, that you agree not to engage in the practices of "screen scraping," "database scraping," or any other activity with the purpose of obtaining lists of users or other information. (4) You agree that you will not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.
Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Easy Living automatically without notice. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials.
Your Responsibilities
In providing us with information during the Client registration process, you agree: (a) to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted and to maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times. (b) To register as a Client, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. (c) That you, the Client, will not contact the owner/seller of any property from information gained through the Site. The Client will not attempt to enter the property or speak with an owner/seller without an appointment set by Easy Living. (d) That Broker/Agent may also represent other prospective buyers seeking to purchase properties that may meet Client's criteria. (e) Client represents and warrants that he/she has not signed any agreement with a real estate agent or agency that would prevent the client from using Easy Living as his or her sole and exclusive agent. Client does not have a contract or agreement with another real estate agent or agency such as a listing agreement or a buyer broker agreement. (f) Any User that holds any type of real estate license, including, but not limited to a brokers, associate brokers or salespersons license must immediately advise Easy Living by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, Contact Us before that User may access any password protected material including house listing data or other data compilations. Easy Living reserves the right to deny or terminate access to any Real Estate Agent at its discretion. (g) You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password. You agree that Easy Living may in its sole discretion and at any time terminate your access to and use of the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
Your Account, Password and Security
For your protection, Easy Living requires the use of encryption technologies for certain types of communications conducted through this Site. While we provide those technologies and use other reasonable precautions to protect confidential information, we do not guarantee or warrant that information transmitted through the Internet is secure, or that such transmissions will be free from delay, interruption, interception or error. In connection with your use of this Site as a Client, you may establish or otherwise receive from Easy Living User IDs, Passwords and other security codes ("User Codes") that you will need in order to access and use certain portions of this Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Codes. You agree that you will be fully responsible for all activities that occur utilizing your User Codes. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your User Codes or any other breach of security related to the Services. WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY SAFEGUARD YOUR USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD, (USER CODES) OR TO OTHERWISE COMPLY WITH THIS SECTION.
Submission of Information
Easy Living is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send it without further compensation or payment to you and for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and creating, modifying or improving our Site using your information. By providing such Submissions to Easy Living you agree to assign to Easy Living, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub licensable (through multiple tiers) right (or waiver), all worldwide rights, title and interest in copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the Submissions.
Accuracy of Information and Warranties

Governing Law

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in Nevada, County of Clark in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
